DNA Sequences

Test sequences: These are DNA sequences generated by the Introduction to Research in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry undergraduate course (694/447:315) during previous years. The DNA sequences were generated from clones that were isolated from the same C. bernneri cDNA libraries that are being used this semester.
